Senator John Wozniak spoke at Friday morning's State of the Commonwealth Breakfast. He directly addressed several concerns about Penn DOT Road project in the Westmont area.  A road project that has residents putting ribbons around trees on Goucher Street.  An effort aimed at stopping the removal of those trees.  He gave residents the news they have been waiting for.
