A New York driver involved in a deadly crash that killed a Bellefonte man plead guilty to the charges against him.  Cenk Esenbel faced 15 counts including homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter.  He plead guilty to all charges now his fate is in the hands of a Judge.  Esenbel is due for sentencing at the end of the month.
