It sounds like a good deed: a woman turning in a wallet that somebody dropped outside the Walmart in Richland Township.  But Police say she and another woman took the money first.  Take a look at this video that shows the woman reaching down and picking up the wallet.  She and the woman with her take it to their car.  Police say one of the women turned it into Walmart employees.
