Silver Airlines is set to take over operations at the Johnstown Cambria County and Altoona Blair County Airports.  We learned the company will operate as "United Express".  The Florida based air carrier inked a deal United Airlines to make that possible.  Silver Airlines is expected to start offering the flights to Dulles International Airport in Washington DC on August 1^st.  Silver is getting 4 million dollars in Federal subsidies to offer the service.
