The flag is at half Staff and black bunting is up on the garage doors at the Mount Union Fire Hall and EMT Station home to the ambulance that swerved across Route 22, hit an embankment and flipped onto it's side early Saturday morning.  The crew was returning from a patient transfer in DuBois.  Driver Deborah Mease suffered minor injuries.  Troopers say 22 year old Ethan Amsbaugh wasn't wearing his seat belt and was partially ejected and later died.
