Penn State Officials are not waiting for the trial to end to make good on a promise to be more transparent.  The University re-launched it's so called "Openness Website".  New functions of the progress website include some new features that creators say will make it easier to find and share information.  The original website went online as one of the University's first official responses to the sex abuse allegations.
