This is video from early Saturday morning, The Mount Union Ambulance had just transported a patient to the hospital when the accident happened on Route 22 around six thirty Saturday morning.  Twenty two year old Ethan Amsbaugh was not wearing his seatbelt.  He was partially ejected and died at J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital.  The driver, fifty five year old Deborah Mease was treated for minor injuries and released.
