Happy one hundred and twenty first birthday to the historic Johnstown Inclined Plane.  The celebration kicked off at noon today and offered one way rides for just dollar.  There was also games, cake, a balloon artist, prizes, fun and of course a lot of traveling up and down the incline plane.
