Police in Altoona are considering an overnight fire at an abandoned apartment building suspicious.  Flames broke out at the building along Chestnut Avenue around 1:30 this morning.  The building is made out of stone so we are told most of the damage is on the inside.  Investigators say they believe the fire was intentionally set.
