Altoona Child Endangerment Charges

Five children were removed from a house in Altoona after Police say they were living in filthy conditions. Wednesday morning Police say they found Ashley Boyles and Robert Pope passed out at their home on Fourth Avenue. Officers say there was a bottle of vodka and pills nearby. Five children from ages 3 to 8 were upstairs. According to court documents there was garbage and animal waste throughout the house. The couple now faces Child Endangerment charges.
