In Johnstown is Balance Restaurant. They have been offering take-out and trying to rotate their staff as much as possible to keep employees working. The business is interested in any help from the government, but some major questions are still left unanswered. "We are going to do everything we can obviously small businesses are a backbone to communities and economies. We want to make sure we. Are staying alive and be sure that we are utilizing what is being put forth. In regards to the bill, right now details are still limited. The main concern we have right now is the timing of when this aid will arrive. Of course it's helpful and we are grateful for any help we can get but the timing is definitely something we are concerned about," said co-owner of Balance Restaurant, Amanda Artim. There is no clear answer when money would be given to businesses affected by this pandemic.
