The lead prosecutor in the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse case is facing a possible suspension of his law license. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board is recommending that attorney Frank Fina's license be suspended for at least a year and a day. The recommendation is tied to Fina's work in the Sandusky case. The state Supreme Court will make a final decision on his law license. Fina is currently a defense attorney, representing one of the defendants in the Penn State fraternity hazing case related to the death of Timothy Piazza.
