An Altoona area school dance is canceled after a threat was made over social media. Junior High students were warned to skip the dance that was scheduled for March 16th. That message said there would be a school shooting that day. Police tracked the post to a seventh grader from Logan Township. In Clearfield County, the area Junior/Senior high school was put on lockdown Monday morning. Police say graffiti was found threatening the school. Officials tell us Lawrence Township Police and State Police to the sweep of the school with a K-9 unit. They determined there was no credible threat. Michael Myers, Isaac Scott, Marcus Houston, Joel Musser and a 17-year-old are facing a number of charges, including Disorderly Conduct and Harassment. Police say Myers and Scott tied up 19-year-old Daniel Hill at the School on Wednesday. The other three videotaped it and shared the video with other students.
