A Somerset County man was charged after police said videos were found on his phone showing women being up skirted on several occasions. One isolated incident happened at Sun Seekers tanning salon in Richland Township. According to police, Kenneth Kauffman admitted to police he used his cellphone to video a woman in the tanning booth next to him. Police said Kauffman claimed he thought it was his wife. Police said employees at the salon called 911 and were able to keep Kauffman there until police arrived. "A female was in the tanning booth and saw a phone being held over top of the wall from the booth." Police were able to seize Kauffman's phone to take in for a forensic examination. Burgan said they didn't find videos from the salon, but five other videos showing Kauffman up skirting. Sun Seekers released the following statement Wednesday, "We value the safety security and privacy of all clients and customers. That's something of the utmost importance to us. Due to the quick action of staff, we were able to catch the individual immediately. This was definitely an isolated incident that has never happened in the 15 years we've been here." Kauffman is facing multiple charges including invasion of privacy, tampering with evidence and disorderly conduct.
