A new lawsuit is trying to
block the reopening of the
former Beta Theta Pi
fraternity house at Penn State.
Last month the house was
reopened, for fraternity alumni
on football weekends.
Donald Abby, was already
involved for control of that
property has filed a
preliminary injunction to keep
it closed.
He claims alcohol is illegally
being sold on weekends, despite
the house not having a liquor
license.
This of course is the same house
police say a hazing event
led to the death of Timothy Piazza.
