The Presiding Judge in the
Jerry Sandusky case is saying
no to hearing an appeal issue
raised earlier this week
involving the impact of
possible Grand Jury leaks in
the case.
Sandusky's attorney wanted a
separate hearing on the issue
based on Michael Mcqueary's
recent testimony in the Graham
Spanier trial.
In that the Attorney General's
office told Mcqueary to leak
the Sandusky arrest information
early, in November of 2011.
But the Sandusky attorney said
that issue has already been
denied in the Sandusky appeal
process.
The Judge is sticking with that
ruling.
