A cyber attack has the Bedford School District installing more firewalls. The Superintendent said the school noticed hours of outages in January. The provider engineers found out it was an interpretation of their internet. Their ip address used up all the internet. This caused problems for the school. "Not a kid trying to change a grade or someone trying to get information or anything like that, it is maliciously designed to put our service down so we can't operate. That mean." The Superintendent says they are back up and running with temporary fixes for now and they are working on long term firewalls to make sure it never happens again.
