Police are continuing their investigation into the death of a 19-year-old Penn State student who fell down stairs earlier this year. Today they received his blood alcohol results though they have not yet released them. Meanwhile a a former member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity is seeking $10 million in a lawsuit against the owners of the fraternity house. More than $10.2 million dollars in damages that's the amount Donald Abbey is seeking from the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Beta Theta Pi Inc. In a lawsuit that states Abbey loaned the association $10 million, $7 million going to a renovation project at the Frat house. Abbey says an agreement has been broken. Sparked by the death of Timothy Piazza at the house in February. An agreement forbids hazing And alcohol related recruitment. Both may have been involved in the death. With claims of a broken agreement they are asking for the settlement in Centre County Court.
