Police are continuing their
investigation into the death of
a 19-year-old Penn State
student who fell down stairs
earlier this year.
Today they received his blood
alcohol results though they
have not yet released them.
Meanwhile a a former member
of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity
is seeking $10 million in a lawsuit against
the owners of the fraternity house.
More than $10.2 million dollars in damages
that's the amount Donald Abbey is seeking from
the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Beta Theta Pi Inc.
In a lawsuit that
states Abbey loaned the association $10 million,
$7 million going to a
renovation project at the Frat house.
Abbey says an agreement has been broken.

house in February.
