Three former Penn State Administrators facing a trial date next month on Jerry Sandusky scandal related charges are making yet another attempt to resolve the case without a trial. In a seldom used legal move, Graham Spanier, Tim Curley and Gary Shultz are now asking the presiding judge in the case to allow the State Superior Court to review previous court decisions. The three will stand trial on March 20th in Dauphin County Court accused of endangering the welfare of children who prosecutors call an attempted coverup.
