The State College District Attorney Stacey Parks Miller spoke out Today on the record about the death of Penn State student Timothy Piazza. He died on February 4th from injuries suffered from a fall at a fraternity. It sounds like she has some questions of her own. We spoke with Centre County District Attorney Stacey Parks Miller who said she couldn't comment on the investigation but could give us her personal point of view. According to the Dauphin County Coroner, Timothy Piazza died from multiple traumatic injuries after he fell downstairs at the fraternity house February 2nd. But what concerns the District Attorney is if he fell at 11:00 p.m. Why weren't police called until the next morning. "I'm sick and tired of seeing students die at Penn State University. And I think that the family and law enforcement community are troubled by that."
