The parents of a child living with Autism and other disabilities say the special school he attends in Centre County is filthy. And they accuse teachers of putting their son in a closet for punishment. Joy and Nathan Sauter adopted Dominic and his older brother when they were just toddlers. They say it's been a journey. Because of his brain injury he has intellectual disabilities and suffers from seizures. He needs a lot of help inside and outside of the classroom. The Sauters say he was in the Autism support room at Mt. Nittany Elementary School in January telling them Dominic was being transferred to NHS, a specialized school in Ferguson Township for children with various disabilities.
