A Centre County Domestic Violence Counselor accused of making false reports by telling Police she was sexually assaulted by one of her clients, stood in front of a Judge Wednesday claiming she was innocent. Cynthia Brumbaugh was a therapist with Actions Counseling Services. She told Police a client assaulted her but then admitted to making up the story because she was actually having an affair with the man, But Wednesday Brumbaugh told a Judge Police assumed she was lying and she never admitted to them about covering up the affair. She now maintains she is innocent and wants a jury trial to hear her case.
