The criminal investigation into who knew what in the alleged sexual abuse case at Bishop McCort High School is moving forward.  The Tribune Democrat reported that District Attorney Kelly Callihan met with the State Attorney General's Office.  She told the paper the focus was more on what the Attorney General's Office will need if it agrees to accept the investigation.  There are more than eighty students, mostly men, that have come forward accusing Brother Stephen Baker of the abuse.  He worked at Bishop McCort in the late nineties as an athletic trainer.  He committed suicide in January.
