The massive Transportation Bill passed in the State Senate and House this week and now is being prepared for Governor Tom Corbett.  The State House passed the 2.3 billion dollar spending proposal that is designed to fund highway and bridge repairs as well as bolster mass transit across the state.  Proponents including Governor Tom Corbett called it vital to preserving Pennsylvania's infrastructure.  But opponents mostly Conservative Republicans say it will result in the second largest tax hike in the state history.
