A man who was once on death row for murdering a Johnstown woman could get out of jail again.  Ernie Simmons was sentenced to death in the 1992 murder of eighty year old Anna Knaze.  Simmons won an appeal for that conviction and plead to lesser charges and was then released from prison.  He soon after was sent back on parole violations for threats made at an area hospital.  Now the State Supreme Court ruled it will be review that incident.  Simmons' Attorney says this is a step in the right direction to get his client out of prison.
