The man accused of killing his daughter in law and burying her remains on a Huntingdon County farm claims it was an accident.  Kenneth Leighty's Attorney says told the Altoona Mirror he believes his client will not be convicted of first degree murder.  His request for lower bail on aggravated assault charges was put on hold.  Attorney Thomas Hooper says Leighty told authorities where the remains of Sherry Leighty were buried.  He has been in jail since last month when he fought with officers after being questioned about her 1999 disappearance.  He is facing homicide charges.
