Officials have released the name of the man who died after flames engulfed his mobile home Thursday night.  Officials say the blaze started around 7:30 at the home of Brian Carns along Lawrence Avenue.  Within minutes, neighbors say the flames tore through the trailer preventing them from getting the victim out in time.  A neighbor who says he heard loud explosions after it broke out says he couldn't be saved.
