Two convicted killers learned their fate today for a deadly shooting in Johnstown back in 2011.  Prosecutors say Marquis Neal gunned down Jquan Lewis outside the Oakhurst Homes and then he got away with his accomplice, Anthony Harvey.  Neal was sentenced twenty five to fifty years in prison and Harvey was given at least seven years in jail.  The victim's family says that is not enough.
