It was the first homicide in Cambria County this year, Robert Williams was gunned down inside his Richland Township home.  It happened on January 3^rd and police still have not identified any suspects.  Now they and the William's family are making a plea for help.  Crimestoppers is stepping in too.  They are offering a new "electronic" approach to help in the search
