A man accused of trying to kidnap a woman in Johnstown Sunday turned himself in Tuesday night.  Investigators say Shane Johnson knocked on a woman's apartment door in the Oakhurst Homes, held up a gun and demanded drugs and cash.  Officers say Johnson drove the woman to a relatives house where she told him she could get him the rest of the money he wanted.  He is now in the Cambria County Jail on 100 thousand dollars bond.
