Traffic was backed up this morning in Johnstown when this tractor trailer got stuck under the Laurel Avenue underpass.  Crews were quickly able to get the driver and truck out.  You can see the damage that was done.  Crews had traffic stopped for some time until they were able to clean up the mess.
