Despite what is going on outside today we are in for an early spring that is according to the world�s most famous forecaster Punxsutawney Phil.  The groundhog did "not" see his shadow this morning but he did see a record crowd awaiting his prediction.  Even though the temperature was just above zero early Saturday morning it didn't matter, the party was on in Punxsutawney.  As expected a record number crammed in to be a part of the 127^th annual ceremony.
