Former Assistant Coach Mike McQueary and lawyers for Penn State will be facing off in the courtroom.  A Judge scheduled the hearing for March 18^th in McQueary's whistleblower lawsuit against the University.  Penn State argues McQueary has no evidence to support his claims.  McQueary says the University used him as a scapegoat during the Jerry Sandusky scandal.
