A Johnstown man is accused of embezzling more than one hundred thousand dollars and will soon face a jury.  Investigators say Daniel Hockenberry stole the money over five years while he was a manager at 3-D Graphix on Scalp Avenue in Richland Township.  The Tribune Democrat reports the case is now in the hands of the State Attorney General's Office.
