A Johnstown man will spend at least ten years in prison for raping a five year old girl in 2011.  Lee Kearns was sentenced Monday to ten to twenty years in jail plus 32 years of supervision by a Parole Officer.  The Tribune Democrat reports Kearns will also have to register as a Megan's Law Sex Offender for the rest of his life.  Investigators say the young girl testified that Kearns sexually assaulted her several times while playing video games at her home.
